Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 1–3 days of receiving your order if:
The item is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item
The item is unused and in its original packaging
Returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 1–3 days of delivery. Include your order details, photos (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued in the form of cash upon pickup or exchange, depending on your location and delivery method. You will be contacted to coordinate the return and refund process. Refunds are not issued for items returned in used or damaged condition (unless they arrived that way).
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item if it is available in stock. If a replacement is not available, a cash refund may be arranged as outlined above.
